This book is so full of factual information that I really enjoyed reading it. Immogene, the main character, loves history and she and her father set out to save an old house full of historical artifacts that the mayor has decided will be torn down to make a factory. Immogene and her father decide to stand in front of the house as the bulldozers came to tear it down and that of course received a lot of coverage. Finally an important historical artifact is discovered that may save the house.
This story is a great read for those who are passionate about history!
